1. Service Description

We provide cloud-based landlord management software that includes rent tracking, compliance reminders, tenant management, document storage, and financial reporting.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use the service legally
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the platform

3. Access and Billing

• Features are available according to active plan tier (Solo, Growth, Scale)
• HMO functionality may require Growth or Scale depending on feature scope
• Billing terms and notice periods are published before changes take effect

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of property data, tenant data, and uploaded documents. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for missed compliance deadlines, financial losses, incorrect tax filings, or service interruptions beyond our control. Users remain responsible for legal compliance.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for fraudulent activity, abuse of service, or non-payment.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of England and Wales courts.
